Our Customer Service Desk is located on the ground floor at the main entrance and is manned on weekends only. All customer service enquiries should be directed to Centre Management on Level 1 , Monday to Friday during the hours 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Services available:
- Lost Property is kept in Centre Management for 3 months and if not claimed is forwarded to the Salvation Army.
- Public transport information and bus timetables can be obtained from the transport infoline on 131500 or their website www.131500.com.au
- Because we value your feedback we'd appreciate you taking 5 minutes of your time to fill out one of our Customer Survey forms available at the Customer Service Desk on the ground floor.

Auburn Home Mega Mall has 3 levels of free and easy parking which consists of 683 car spaces, 488 of which are undercover and easily accessible from our Parramatta Road or Short Street entrances.
Disabled parking includes: 4 on the Ground floor car park 3 on the Mezzanine car park 3 on the Rooftop car park
